Insurance & Billing
Prior to your visit, it is your responsibility to know your healthcare coverage and coverage benefits. Prior to your appointment, you will need to call your insurance company to verify the specific benefits for which you are covered in and out of network (naturopathic care, provider you can see, certain codes that are covered, preferred lab draw sites and imaging), your copay, co-insurance and determine how your deductible is applied (if applicable).

Out of Network
If you select an out-of-network provider, we can bill your insurance on your behalf. Please note that if the charges apply to your deductible, you will be responsible for the full billed amount, which is higher than our self-pay rates. Alternatively, you can choose to pay out of pocket at the time of service at a discounted rate and submit the claim to your insurance yourself.
Submitting your out of network claim
If you choose to see us as an out-of-network provider and pay our discounted self-pay rate, you have the option to submit a claim to your insurance company independently.
