We are utilizing an all-in-one patient portal / telemedicine platform now. If you are signed up for a telemedicine appointment, please check-in to your appointment (link below) and your doctor will start your appointment at your scheduled time.
State of Oregon Requirements for Telehealth Appointments
Since the state of emergency has been lifted, please note that if you are choosing to continue to schedule Telehealth visits with your medical provider, you must be in the state of Oregon during your visit. Your provider will ask you at the beginning of your visit where you are located and will document your stated location in your visit note for that appointment. We encourage you to come in person and have your vitals and blood pressure checked as well. Please call us if you have any questions
